1. Subscription Payments
All subscription fees are charged according to the selected plan. In the pay per view (PPV) basis, content price will be added with payment gateway service provider's service charges.

2. Refunds
Refund requests may be considered in cases such as duplicate payments, technical billing errors, or verified unauthorized transactions.

3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be provided for partially used subscriptions, content preferences, failure to cancel before renewal, or device / internet-related issues.

4. Cancellation
Users may cancel subscriptions at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically entitle the user to a refund.

5. Processing Time
Approved refunds will generally be processed within a reasonable timeframe through the original payment method.

Chargeback

If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute from a credit card company or bank, your service and/or subscription will be suspended without notice. Applicable chargeback fee will be issued to recover fees passed on to us by the credit company, plus any outstanding balances accrued as a result of the chargeback's must be paid in full before service is restored. Instead of issuing a chargeback, contact us to address any billing issues. Requesting a chargeback or opening any sort of dispute for a valid charge from us is fraud, and is never an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund.
